Quercetin Complex (anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-histamine SUPPORT)

Quercetin is a plant flavonoid found in many plants and foods, such as red wine, onions, green tea, apples, and berries.

Quercetin may assist in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that might help reduce swelling, assist in destruction of cancer cells, support blood sugar, and may help prevent heart disease.

It is also used for support in inflammation, arthritis, autoimmunity, and diabetes.

Suggested use: take 1-2 capsules 3x/day
